Trail Talks

Trail Talks is a free, community-focused walking event designed to connect stay-at-home and work-from-home moms with nature, personal growth, and each other. Led by Lital, the founder of Destination Thrive, these hikes incorporate the therapeutic power of nature and meaningful discussions centered around personal growth, motherhood, and self-discovery.

Each event features a walk on a San Diego trail, a welcoming discussion, mindfulness activities, and a closing circle to reflect on insights gained during the experience.
