Meet The Awaken Team

Lital Gottlieb: Lital is the visionary founder of Destination Thrive, a platform dedicated to empowering mothers on their journey to self-discovery and fulfillment beyond the realms of motherhood. With a background that spans across music, acting, and entrepreneurship, Lital's journey into motherhood ignited a passion for supporting other mothers in finding

their own path and voice amidst the beautiful chaos of parenting. Her experiences as a recording artist and an active member of the creative and wellness communities have infused her approach with creativity, empathy, and a deep understanding of the transformative power of personal expression. Lital, a devoted wife and mother of three, believes in the strength of community and the importance of nurturing oneself to thrive in all aspects of life. Through Destination Thrive and the Awaken workshop, she invites mothers to explore their identities, embrace their potential, and reconnect with their dreams. Lital's mission is to create spaces where mothers can feel seen, heard, and inspired to live with purpose and joy.

Sarah Greenstein- Sarah Greenstein is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Encinitas, serving kids, teens and adults. She has been providing counseling services for over two decades in schools, medical settings, and community mental health programs in Oregon and California. Trained as a teacher in Self-Compassion and Mindfulness Education for Children and Teens, by the UCSD Center for Mindfulness, Sarah is experienced in bringing meaningful and accessible mindful parenting practices to parents to encourage the development of self-awareness and emotional regulation. Through her work as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Facilitator and former School Counselor, Sarah has had unique experiences talking with parents about youth and parent resilience, mental health, and improving communication within the family. She is the mother of three tween/teenage daughters and loves to read, hike our beautiful trails, enjoy the beach and dance to live music.

Shir Eyal- is a renowned mind-body mentor, deeply invested in the exploration of movement and the mind-body-spirit connection. With a rich background that intertwines dance, fitness, yoga, energy work, and sound healing, Shir has developed her own unique body language and technique. Her sessions are not just about physical strength; they are about connecting to your core, empowering you to become stronger both physically and mentally. Shir's passion lies in helping people discover and nurture their inner strength, providing a path to greater mental resilience and well-being.

● I am responsible for my personal belongings during the 'Awaken: Rediscovering You Beyond Motherhood' retreat. Destination Thrive and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. I understand it's my responsibility to keep my possessions secure at all times during the event.

● Participation in the 'Awaken: Rediscovering You Beyond Motherhood' retreat involves light physical activities, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the potential risks involved. I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Destination Thrive, its facilitators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to any injury, illness, or damage I may sustain as a result of my participation in the retreat. This release extends to any claims made by my family, estate, heirs, or assigns arising from or in any way connected with the aforementioned activities.

By checking this box, I give permission for my image and likeness to be used in future marketing materials, social media posts, and other publications related to Destination Thrive events. I acknowledge that participation in photographs and videos is voluntary, and I have the right to opt-out at any time during the event.
